To find Via Melisurgo 4 is really easy.
If you came from the central realway station the bus R2 will carry you to Piazza Municipio. From there just 2 minutes walk you are in via Melisurgo 4.
If you came from the airport catch the C.L.P. shuttle to Piazza Municipio (last stop) the terminal is just 30 meteres from Pensione Bella Capri.
If you came from the port just get out of the ferry came up to us on foot.
